Are there any updates or changes in the works for the site/forum? There was an update last year around this time and I was wondering if this is a once a year kind of thing.

Sadly, as far as the merchandise assortment and pricing, I would have said EF was the number one adult toy retailer. Now EF as a toy store had become just another, indistinguishable from nearly any other toy store.
