While yes, I admit the vanity line by Jopen comes with quite the price tag, but I own a lot of them and really think some of these other toys can be borderline dull in comparison. When people are introduced to vanity the price tag scares them off... But how any people knew that if you register your vanity item with Jopen you have a full no questions asked 1 year warranty! Also they have coverage for up to ten years, so your replacement would be 50% off. It really means something when A company stands behind their products and for such a long time! I am also in love with the fact that their toys have a button sequence that locks it from functioning, no more having kids find your dancing wand, or the nosey jerks at TSA figuring out how much power it has. My favorite is the VR6. The vanity line is silky smooth, have longevity and are rechargeable what's not to love?!

I love my Jopen Vanity toys also. People who have been on this site for over 1 1/2 to 2 years are very familiar with the Jopen Vanity vibes, they used to be one of the most popular vibrator series here; but I guess Eden decided to cut down on these remarkable yet higher priced toys, and focused on selling Jopen's less expensive battery operated Key series instead.

Does your purchase have to be from the Jopen website to get the 1 and 10 year warranty ? They ask for a serial #, but there was not a barcode , serial # on it. Yes we agreed, they are among the best if not thy best.

I admit - I haven't tried and Jopens, but they're on my list of toys to buy with appropriate sales and after I get paid. I'd love there to be more of them to choose for when I get to that point!

No, your item doesn't need to be purchase from them, I had to send them a copy of my purchase receipt to get mine, because I too had issues finding the barcode and serial number.

yeah, the Key line has such mixed reviews vs. the Vanity line. I have some Vanity vibes I enjoy. I also have the Intensity which is the most pleasurable sex product I have - yeah baby!
