If everything has been taken care of then close them. Also, just so you know, if you ever need to a support ticket can be reopened.

Yes, if the issue is resolved please note the ticket number somewhere for reference and close the ticket. We usually don't close the tickets ourselves, because we won't know if the issue is resolved on the requester's side.
