Shipping Confidentiality....?

I want to buy something off the website, however, i still live at home with my paretns ( im only 22, dont flame on me to much) and i dont want the package to come in the mail and it say eden fatasays, becasue then they will know that i ordered a sex toy or something, and that is just embarressing to me if they saw that. So im wondering from people who have ordered stuff online, what did the box say on the outside of it? Did anything on the box like the shipping label, or any words or anything reveal that it is from a sex store?

The toys come in very discrete, brown box packaging from "Web Merchant." It does not indicate the contents anywhere at all.

Yup. Although if you use USPS you get a white box.

Glad to hear this myself from other members, because I am going to order a package from here soon.

The label is the regular shipping label used by shippers nowadays - all computer printed and in small lettering. It does indeed say 'Web Merchants' on the return address. There are also no stickers or writing on the boxes to indicate that it comes from a sex shop (one of our members gets stuff from another company that puts condom stickers all over their boxes - Eden does NOT do that).

My USPS boxes have always been brown!

...I think.

Now I'm questioning my recollection...

Well, if this doesn't show how unobtrusive the packaging is, nothing else can.

So true, eh?

I wonder if it could be cuz you are closer? Not sure why that would make a difference.

- Your credit card statement will read WM8003509050NJ or simply Web Merchants Inc., so again prying eyes will not know where you were shopping. link

The box is very innocent looking. The only thing to worry about, if you have nosy parents, is the credit card statement. It reads as a long strange-looking number, and if they get suspicious and google it, it leads straight back here. However, you can use PayPal and avoid that trail.

My boxes have always been white priority mail USPS boxes with absolutely NO indication what's inside or where it's from. I love the discreet shipping because I too have curious family members.

Oh, one more thing I forgot to mention!

I've always selected the cheapest shipping option and always USPS and I've never had to wait more than 3 business days to get my package. I'm highly impressed with their speed and Amazon should learn from EF! None of my Amazon packages have EVER been that speedy and efficient! Oh EF, I so appreciate you!

Mine have always come in flat rate USPS boxes...nothing identifying on them. Except that red 'sex toys' stamp on the bottom....LOL (I'm TOTALLY kidding!!!)

The new USPS (United States Post Office) easy shipping boxes are now white. UPS (the for profit shipper) still has some brown boxes, and "regular" shipping boxes of brown cardboard can be used with either.

Fed Ex uses white boxes.

The USPS has a new system where anything that fits into a certain size box and is less than 75 lbs ships at the same rate. These are prepaid boxes and are white, with red and blue writing on them.

I'll second that - I actually live less than 90 min from EF HQ and my packages arrive next-day with regular priority mail. Thank God because I am NOT a patient person

In my experience, it's never taken longer than 48 hours for an order of mine to leave the warehouse, but shipping time will be determined by which carrier you use and where you live.

It will depend on where you live and what you carrier you use. I use USPS and I get them to Upper Michigan in three days. Also if you pay more (see options) you can get them faster.

In the top right corner of the page you will find a "delivery date calculator". that will get you real close if not right on.

My box is always the white USPS flat-rate boxes. Like, EF always uses them. That's how I know it's an EF toy. Unless the object is shaped really awkwardly (like my sex stool), if it's USPS, it's always flat-rate boxes for me.

But yeah, I've never had anything discretion problems with EF. They are great at making it look like it might just have a bunch of books.

Haha my partner and I actually get ours sent to her workplace >_< That must say something about our trust in the discreet packaging? Either that or our inappropriate boldness?

Mine came in a flat rate box; it didn't say anything really on it, and I was outside with the neighbor, and she was like, "OPEN IT OUT HERE; I WANNA SEE!" Then, when I told her what was inside, it changed.

It's a relief to hear from fellow users how EF's shipped packages look. I will be making a purchase soon and since I seem to never be at home when packages arrive, I will be receiving it at work. So, you can see the predicament.
