I posted a support ticket on 3/14, saying that a toy I just got broke on me and I needed a return shipping label sent to me in the mail. I have no access to a printer.
I got a response the next day, and the woman (Alicia) said she would send out the shipping label to me by the end of the day.
When items are shipped to me, it usually takes 3 days total.
It's been a good 7 business days and I still don't have that return shipping label.
Should I continue to wait for it, or submit another ticket or...??
I really want to get rid of this broken dud of a toy.
