I have been waiting for a month for the Blossom G to get back in stock. I submitted 2 support tickets and was told it won't be in for " a while" on the second one.

I have noticed that a lot of the glass toys have been out of stock for some time, and I have been waiting patiently (a month is patient to me, it is not my strong suit but I try) for several of them to get back in stock so I can order them.


What is Edenfantasy's policy on re stocking items, if there is any? Do you go buy how popular the item was, do you order in bulk (which you probably do) and wait for the manufacturers to ship them all at once or what?

I have been drooling over this toy for some time and have had it sitting in my assignment cart collecting dust

That one's on my list, too. A bunch of the SSA Glass toys were restocked and then sold out again in the last couple of weeks. I think the Cyclone Wand was available for about 48 hours before it was gone again -- I ordered it the day it returned, and it was out of stock by the time mine arrived. Accurately estimating the arrival of backordered merchandise is a retailer's most impossible task. I so do not miss that job!

I have been waiting since joining for the pink collar and leash link to come back but I don't think it's ever gonna happen. Probably end up buying something else!

I wonder the same thing. And when items say they have an estimated arrival date, does that mean that the item is actually going to go back in stock then?
