The last 2 orders I have placed do not show up in my orders tab under my dashboard. Is this a fluke or a change that was made?

Thanks, my last order doesn't show (though I did receive email notification). I'm glad I saw this post and know a few different people have asked me about this happening on their own accounts (which is what made me check my own)!
