I did send a support ticket today..just axious for the reply..HOw can the order on paypal say charged then I get a full refund and also an email my order shipped? wat?!

Hope someone will come along that knows more about it! My guess would be that maybe an order for the same item went through right before yours, and that it was maybe the last one in stock?

I'm just dying for my 3 open tickets to be answered since yesterday 2 wer opened and one today.

Opening more tickets is not going to get you a response any faster, you know. One is enough, they'll probably get back to you sometime next week.

2 were of the same issue because i needed to include another detail the other was from today a special request to ship my order on tuesday instead of monday.

Business hours are 8-4 Eastern time, Monday thru Friday so chances are you will not hear anything until Monday.

hey I'm not going to complain I wasn't charged as long as I recive my items lol I was informed everything has been shipped. I just want to make sure there no problems.
