I KNEW this combining/sale would be a big mistake! They always are.
I'm suspicious by nature so I have questions!
I would assume they aren't telling you straight whether or not things will ever return to how they were, because they don't know.
I don't work for EF, so this is all speculative, but this is what I ASSUME is going on.
You have all these people who work for EF and who've worked there for the NJ base. And now they, just like us, are adjusting to all this new shit, but they're adjusting more because they don't know Jack in the warehouse and Alicia who answers support tickets anymore--because they haven't met their equivalents yet, just like we haven't. So people like Ilya or Victoria can't be like "HEY WHAT UP, DUDE." because they don't have it like that, yet.
And the people in Atl are adjusting to the fact that they don't just deal with Liberator anymore, but they got this whole new company thrown at them and they're trying to learn all the products and features of EF, too.
I get it, I think it's shitty, too, and I'm not exactly having ~*stellar*~ order experiences--but that's growing pains. Nothing ever runs smoothly right off, it ALWAYS takes time. If no business ever grew, we'd all be buying carrots and peas from the farmer who lived next door and we'd making our own yarn and teaching our children in churches and barns.
And, to be perfectly honest, it probably won't ever be the way it was--that's the nature of growth. Things grow, things change, for better or worse. Nobody can tell you, yet, how things will be better or worse, because, like with everrryyything else in the world, the unexpected is to be expected.
