I have ordered several toys and lingerie for my girlfriend from various web stores. I just ordered the Hitachi Wand for her the other day. All was good until the bill showed up. It was anything but discreet. I have never had that happen to me. The toy I purchased was the first and last time Eden. Thanks for putting that adult sex toy shop on my statement.

We appear on your billing statement as WM8005165506NJ. In paypal we appear as Web Merchants Inc. On packages, we appear as Web Merchants. On our prepaid return label, we also appear as Web Merchants.
I have had customers mistakenly put not so discreet instructions in the shipping instructions, which is intended for your courier. Otherwise, we operate as Web Merchants to maintain discretion on any "public" materials, such as the shipping label or bank statements.

Eden has NEVER shown up as "Adult Sex Shop" on any of my credit card statements. It shows up exactly the way Jaimes says it does. The delivery is in unmarked boxes with a return address from "Web Merchants" and the credit card statement is a list of numbers and letters.

We can't even message you privately to see if you go back to the forum to respond to Jaimes. This has never happened to me and I've been a member of EF for 6 months. EF is known as Web Merchants as Jaimes described.

I have ordered many, many times from EdenFantasys, as have hundreds of other people. Their shipping and bill statements are 100% discreet. Everything says "Web Merchants, Inc." and nothing alludes to the fact that they're an adult store. Perhaps you added some compromising details in the shipping instructions or something similar. In that case, it wouldn't be EdenFantasys' fault. But there's no way they messed anything up because it's the same every time. "Web Merchants, Inc.", "Web Merchants, Inc.", "Web Merchants, Inc.". Message Jaimes like she said and I hope you can figure out what happened. Just know that you shouldn't abandon EdenFantasys for what happened because they are the best, most discreet, most helpful business I've ever come across.

Every single box I've gotten has always said Web Merchant's inc. and I agree with everyone else about how discreet EF is with their payment/shipping.
But... I noticed that on my last order on my box's label in very tiny print the description said, "vibrating apperatus." So if anyone is squinting to look at the box and sees that I might be a little embarrassed. Weird thing is that it didn't have any toys in it, it was an order for a piece of lingerie. Maybe this is on every box and I just noticed that now? I know UPS needs some sort of a description of the item but if for some reason the box got lost I'd be a little embarrassed to be calling UPS back and forth about my missing "vibrating apperatus", if you know what I mean. lol
I'm pretty certain that's what it said but I returned the item with the original box so I can't remember now.

The only thing the UPS driver cares about is the barcode, and the only thing the UPS sorters care about are the zip codes. After awhile, when you're working in a shipping department all you see are "numbers", you stop reading the words unless there's a problem in general.

I have been embarassed by other company's shipping practices (like when the UPS guy was holding an 18" double dong in one of those white shipping "plastic bags"...he knew what he had in his hands...), but EF has never done anything to be anything but discrete. I would assume "you" marked it in your checkbook or something (my bf uses Quicken and labeled the EF "code" as EF for his records).

Echoing what everyone else has said. Everything shows up as Web Merchants and always has for me. The only time there's anything that I would consider less than discreet is when returning an item (when it says "massager apparatus"). I don't get embarrassed easily so if I ever have to call and say my massager package has disappeared, I'll live. LOL
