For anyone who has been in this situation how long are items on backorder in your experience? So far I’ve gotten an item put on back order three times. The first was an item for review. I don’t recall how long it took but it shipped out in time for me to review it before the due date. The second is a toy I ordered for manufacture sponsored review almost 4 weeks ago. That means I’m past due on the review, and it hasn’t even shipped yet. If the status doesn’t change today, I’m putting in a support ticket. The last was the flip hole I order Thursday, hopefully it will be like the first time this happen and not the second.
How long are items typically on back order?

I got a back order status on my Liberator because I got t during the merge, plus regular delays. It was back ordered for a few days.

I had wanted a pink plush collar to match the cuffs here. Then it was discontinued. I was so sad! Then, a kit with the set was offering options including the collar!! I jumped to order. I got my cuffs in the mail, but no collar. I looked at my order status and it was back ordered. I don't know how EF does things, but I wondered if in making a kit deal available for the related items, the collar got sucked in--unintentionally. Oops. It isn't anything super, but I wanted it! It's so cute. It's been maybe two weeks since I got my cuffs. I might put in a support ticket soon just so I have a better idea of what's going on. I don't know if I should wait for a long time for EF to send it, or if I should get it elsewhere.

Send in a support ticket and explain everything, include your order number, and somebody should be able to help you with that

Aw, had to cancel my order. :'( I ordered the cuffs I did specifically for that collar. I'm looking around now for someone who carries the collar. Not many places do anymore, but it seems Topco is still supplying? I'd rather buy here as I trust Eden much more than some places that offer the same stuff. Oh, well. Wish me luck from here!

No luck so far. No one has these coolars in stock! It's weird. I'd feel odd going to the company that made these collars to see what is up--they aren't really fancy collars. I just want a complete perfectly matching set! I'll try to be patient for now...
