So I placed my fourth order from Eden and I received it today, but the Amethyst I ordered was not included. The order ticket included in package shows it listed and has the number 1 under the ordered column, but it is crossed out in pen and a 0 is written beside it. Has anyone else had this happen? Will they eventually ship it? Help! What do I do? It was in stock when I ordered it, but checking it today it is out of stock. I was so stoked to get this and now it's not here...
Has anyone else not received everything they ordered?

I had this happen a few weeks back with a book. My guess is they were out of it at the time of packaging. I submitted a support ticket and they got it back out to me ASAP, I think a support ticket would be your best bet as well.

Did you get an email notification saying that your order had shipped partially or completely?
If it said everything shipped, then I would submit a support ticked right away to ask about it.
If it said it shipped partially and the Amethyst was the item that didn't ship right then, I would wait a week or so and then submit a support ticket about it.

Yea, Email also says everything was shipped. So I will submit a support ticket and see what happens. Thanks everyone.

Yes, but it's because one thing was on backorder, I somehow managed to order it even though it wasn't available at the time. But that's a bit of a different situation.
