I do not believe that support tickets are answered on weekends, as customer service is only available Monday-Friday.

I'm waiting with ya! I've been dying to place an order since the 28th, but have to hear back about the ticket first. Patience isn't my strong point!

I think it's only Mon-Fri because I waited several days when I sent mine on a Saturday. Patience is a virtue with customer support. They are slow but they will make it right. Have faith.
