Well, I don't really want to bring this up here, but I was curious if anyone else has had this problem and would like it to be fixed.
I ordered a bottle of O'My Cappuccino Lubricant a few months ago and have had a lot of problems with the whole process. The bottle I received was Caramel flavored, not cappuccino. I wrote an email saying it was the wrong flavor, and I was told the cappuccino flavor would be sent out as soon as EF had it in stock. But when the new bottle arrived, it was caramel again.
So I of course wrote another email explaining the situation, and I was assured the problem would be fixed and I would get what I ordered as soon as possible. I was also allowed to keep the first two bottles (the first I opened before I knew it was caramel, and the second was leaking before it arrived).
So I threw out the old bottles (the caramel tastes like alcohol, bleh), then eagerly awaited my cappuccino lube. And I couldn't believe what I saw when it arrived. Caramel lube. I emailed EF about it and said I would send back this bottle and would still like to have the one I ordered. They said they would send out a shipping label for me to send it back, and they would send out what I ordered. That was about a month ago. I've been patient but I would just really, really like this problem to be fixed. I just want to try this cappuccino lube. It sounds really good and I've been waiting months. So yeah.
Also, has anyone else had anything like this happen with an order here?
