On my profile page it shows "1 new" message. I have looked in the In-box and out box. I recently sent a support ticket (closed) so I checked there to.

Am I missing something, has this happened to any one before. I though I would ask y'all before I send something to the great gods of technology. haha

Well I sent in a support ticket, the response I got was "did you place an order"... ??? Should it be an e-mail to ?
