Ok... so I was making an order and had all my items chosen and in the cart along with the Kissa glass vibe Facebook Friends promotion and I go and click the paypal button to pay and at the end it tells me that the Kissa promotion is no longer valid. Ok... I guess I'm unfortunate to miss out on that then in the time it took me to try and get the order done. (The shopping cart system here is not really as slick as it could be.)
Anyway... I take the Kissa out of my cart (it's out of stock now) and resubmit the order but after I clicked the Paypal payment button I received nothing from EF telling me that my order went through successfully. Are you supposed to receive an immediate confirmation telling you that the order was successfully submitted or do you have to wait a while?
There is nothing in my orders list under my account profile to indicate the order went through... but I do see that the gift card I redeemed as part of the order is now down to a ZERO balance so maybe it did go through.
I submitted a ticket to see what the status of the order is and if it went through but does anyone else have info on how quickly you get confirmation when you submit an order?
