#AskEden - The sales and promotions are not working for me. I can order a glass toy but not get the bullet, I tried to order the Gigi and did not get the wizard for the lube and cleaner. HELP!!

I am placing an order and was going to take advantage of a couple of the sales and promotions. I cannot get the wizard to come up no matter what I do. Hopefully this can get fixed prior to this order but if not I will try to place another one later this week.

I am having trouble with getting the wizard to show up as well. If it helps, I'm in Firefox.

The toy in my cart is silicone & a men's toy. It showed up on both promotions page (lube and vibrating egg) in their toy lists.

I'm having the same problem. Please work on fixing this ASAP because I was going to take advantage of a good amount of the promotions that end soon. My order was fairly substantial too.

All but the wizard for adding an Eden bullet with silicone dildo are working. I was going to place my order today with a tantus dildo but the wizard to add the free bullet isn't on the product page for any of the qualifying toys. Other wizards for others deals are up and running. Anyone know what's going on?

Oh my...I'm so sorry about all of this. Please submit support tickets for now just to address the issue with customer service and they will work with you to honor the sales you were trying to participate in, and I will hop on over to the designer side of the table and see if can't get this figured out for you!

I spoke with js250 the other day and she said that it was working fine now.

Which kits/deals are you specifically having an issue with?

I want to get the free Eden bullet off the free gifts page that comes with the purchase of glass, silicone or metal dildo. Going through the 10 year sexy free gifts page, I found the Tantus silk small but on the product page there was no wizard to add the bullet. I will go submit a support ticket now but thanks for looking into this also.
