#AskEden - When do you normally get paid for commissions?

Contributor: Nazaress Nazaress
I am definitely at a level where I can now get paid for commissions ($79.76 and this is indeed all in a closed period) so I was wondering when exactly I would be getting paid. It's the 9th of the month and I figured it'd have probably been sent out before then but I was mistaken. I'm not usually a particularly impatient person but a little extra money is always a good thing. Even if it's not going to be sent out for a while, I'd like to know when so I can plan accordingly so if anyone could offer insight, that'd be great. Thank you!

Have you set up your payments? Have you sent in your W9(I think thats what it is called)? If you want to buy something it usually shows up the first week of the month. You may need to make sure that you set it up through paypal? If that is how you get paid.

All very good questions, thank you wrmbreze!

There are a couple of steps one needs to take to get their commissions, the first is filling out the W9 form and mailing it to the main office.

Web Merchants, Inc. / Accounts Payable
574 Airport South Parkway Suite 300.
Atlanta, GA 30349-8652

The form can be found here: At the IRS website. If all of the steps wrmbreze mentioned were taken and you are still not receiving your commissions, please contact someone in Customer Service so they can help you! Our phone number is: (888) 506-5516.

Thank you!

If you haven't already, you'll want to set up your Registration for payments.

Keep in mind too, that there's a 30 day cool-off time between when the order is placed and the commission is placed on the account. This allows for processing returns or exchanges, if needed.

Yes, I'm fully registered and these periods are definitely already closed. The commissions are from January and February and they're in the Closed Period section so the problem must lie elsewhere. Perhaps the W-9 that I faxed did not reach its destination, which would suck for me because it cost me a few dollars to do that. Lol.
