I was given a $50 gift card a couple of months back, and i attempted to add it to my order yesterday and it says it did not exist.

I've entered a support ticket, but have yet to receive a response. Any ideas guys?

How were you given it? If you were given a code from another contributor that they generated...it won't work. I'm not sure what it says though. If it's an actual gift card you were sent....then administration can help with that. Either way submitting a support ticket will get to the bottom of it.

It was an actual gift card that was sent. Im wondering whether it might have had an expiration date or something? Because it is a couple of months old.. but i really hope it doesnt

EF gift cards should not have an expiration date. Are you sure you are reading all of the numbers correctly? The EF staff should be able to get this all settled for you!

Our folks in customer service can answer that for you! Just submit a support ticket with the gift card number and they'll run it for you to find out how much is on it and will be able to see if/when it was ever used and on which order.

I have found that if you log completely out of the site and then redo your order completely it sometimes takes care of the problem with gift cards not being recognized. If that doesn't work the customer service department is your best bet.
