Your points should have been added to your account automatically. In your account dashboard there is an option to convert these points into a gift card that you can use to cover 15% of your order.

That's what I thought but they have not shown up. I even looked at my points earning history.

Was the item one you bought off of Eden? I vaguely remember seeing something about the change of points so that only items verified as purchased from this site earned you review points? I'm not sure.

When in doubt, submit a support ticket.

*update* I checked and it says that points are limited to verified purchases only and assigned reviews are excluded.
