After you concert your points into a giftcard, let's say you don't use them all.. What happens to the rest of them?

They sit there and wait for you until next time! Good news, eh?

Next time you make an order, just re-enter that same old gift card number and you can finish the balance off. You can then stack a new gift card on top of that, if you need more points for that order.

I haven't been around much but just saw the new 15% of Gift card can be used for orders when I went to place an order. Granted that's better than nothing, but I earned those points, so I don't see what it matters if I choose to use them all now or later. I guess they just want us to spend more in order to use them all up.

I know what you mean. We all know how much money we have to spend to save up a load of points (possibly to spend on on particular item) Coming to shop and finding out I couldn't use my total points gift card was a real turn off for me.

Yea two of my friends were sad about that as well. They haven't been back to Eden and their friends haven't either.I come here for the community- but I never would spend my money here after the changes.

Yep, I can find stuff cheaper at other places. I didn't log into the forums for a long time because I was busy with work and came to purchase something the other day, then I see that I can't even use all of my points. Not worth sticking around for me. I had close to $60 saved up too, it sucks. I'm off to a competitor I guess.
