Invisible Assignments?

I "grabbed" an item to put in my cart and was going to request it as a free assignment. Once I got to my cart, it wasn't there. I tried this three times and nothing. Then I receive an e-mail saying that I was assigned a product. I go to look and there's still nothing.

Is anyone else having this problem? What can I do to fix it? Eek!

It may just be a coincidence? I've noticed some items can't be "grabbed" from the product page as well. Try using the catalog ID on the product page to look it up using the Product Search and see if you can request it that way instead.

I also remember other contributors previously saying that their assignment page was no longer in chronological order so that the most recent assignments were not on top. Check through your list carefully to make sure your list isn't scrambled.
