Error when adding a blogger.com account to profile social networks

When I try to save my Blogger account to my profile, I get the following error:

"Network domain is not valid, the url domain must be blogger.com"

My blogger account uses the new domain "blogspot.com". I don't have a blogger.com address.

When you're entering the address, do you straight up copy/paste the url into the form line?

I've tried copy/paste and manually typing it.

If I change it to blogger.com then it accepts it just fine (but it won't be my site that it links to). It just doesn't seem to accept a blogger account that uses the blogspot.com domain.
