If you convert your points into a gift card, then that gift card can only be used on YOUR account. As wrmbreze suggested, you can purchase an EdenFantasys gift card and give it you her (a physical gift card).

There is also another option, if your friend sets up a wishlist and turns it into a gift registry, you can convert your points into a gift card and use that card on your account to "gift" her someone from her gift registry. It will send it to her address assuming she sets up her registry correctly with the right address.
So there are a few options to do this, in fact my friend has done this before where they have bought me something using their points by gifting me something from my gift registry. I hope all that makes sense.

He's correct, gift cards generated on your account for the points system are non-transferable. But, the gift registry really is the easiest way to do it if you want to use your points for something she wants.

Looks like everyone answered your question. The gift registry is really an easy way to do it. If they don't know how to set up a gift registry I believe Sam has posted a tutorial on it on the forums.
