I responded to a ticked I received about a problem with my order early Friday morning and responded that evening. It's Monday and I still don't have a response. I understand the weekend could have caused issues, but without this delay my package would've arrived tomorrow. So I'm just wondering what is the usual response time? :>

Don't expect responses on the weekends usually. If you reply on Friday at all don't be surprised to not hear back until tomorrow or Wednesday if they're SUPER busy.
You gotta also think they probably get WAY backed up when there are glitches because EVERYONE reports them of course, and they do get back to us all, so I attribute it to how diligently they are working

Hey guys! Yes, right now CS doesn't handle tickets over the weekend, but soon we will have a shiny new staffer to handle weekend customer service! You should see a pick up in response times over the next few weeks, but the girls right now certainly do their best for less-than-24-hour responses Monday through Friday.
