I really need a response but I can't call them at the moment.. anyone know how long it takes?
How long does it usually take to get a response on a support ticket?

Times zones are a pain in the rear.
If you live in North America, I have heard they get back to you within the working day.

For me I would say it has been anywhere from 1-3 days.

Usally within 24 hours. Exceptions would be holidays and weekends.

Customer service is working through the tickets as quickly as they can, if the issue is time sensitive please try to call during business hours and they will address the issue immediately.
