#AskEden - Has anyone else's Shopping Cart been buggy?

I was considering gifting a item to another member and changed my mind because I didn't have enough points for the item. Now it is stuck saying that I can only order things for that member. I'm frustrated because I wanted to make an order today to take advantage of almost $9 of savings among three items.

How fast does EF usually respond to a ticket with ASAP in the message?

When you place the order, there should be an option to change the address shipped to. Another option would be to try deleting cookies.

UPDATE:
Kindred's helpful advice specifically in regards to changing the shipping address worked, silly me for not trying that before. On the other hand the checkout process would not allow me to proceed with the items at sale price, even after entering my card number <.< *pout*. I wish there were forum stickies for issues like this.

Rather than wait for a response, I would call EF and speak to them if you are in a rush to get the order placed.

That's what I'll do next time. I didn't check to see when the sales ended so it's on me that I got all flustered xP They were very prompt calling me back before when I asked about returning a damaged item.

Hey, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're going to look into it and see where things are hanging up in the system. Customer service responds as quickly as they can, and in time-sensitive issues it is best to give them a quick call.
