An order scheduled to arrive today didn't. According to UPS it hasn't even shipped. I did a support ticket this afternoon, but now I wonder if I chose the wrong category, as I haven't had a response, which surprises me.
I chose "other order related" for lack of a "missing order" button. What should I have chosen? Anyone know?
