Also, as general knowledge for everyone, keep in mind that if you have a rep-specific problem for customer service, we do have only two people, so it's pretty easy to narrow it down to the right person if you give us a call. If it's social media or our billing manager, different story, but we keep customer service small and personal so you know who you're dealing with!
