I asked a question on my support ticket. And I got the same copy past answer more than once, which didn't address my concern. Have others had this experience?

Thank you for your feedback

I have checked your conversation with our representatives and have found no copy/paste message. You were told the package would be shipped via DHL and that the expected delivery date provided at that time was Dec 7. The verification procedure was due to your personal information being different from the one provided for your previous orders - which was also mentioned in the conversation thread by our representative.

I'm referring to your Support ticket # 72505
Kindly double-check the support ticket messages.
