Is the current response time to support tickets still 24 hours on average, or have other people also recently experienced a delay?
I sent a support ticket last Thursday (the 12th), and I still haven't had a response. I know that I shouldn't expect a response over the weekend, but that's still been two business days without a response. It's about a slightly urgent matter - I was given conflicting information about whether or not an order went through, which means I can't place it again until I get some help.
I know that there are the options of using the customer service live chat support or of calling EF, but I live in Australia and due to time differences, I'm asleep during EF's business hours.
