I had an alert set on both the We-Vibe Tango and Salsa for when it was back in stock (any color). However, I randomly decided to check yesterday & the white Salsa was in stock! Checked my email, my spam folder...no messages at all. Has anyone else had this happen, or is there something I need to change on my account settings?

I've had this happen too. Sometimes my alerts work, sometimes they don't. I need to check the spam settings on my e-mail... I have a feeling that may be to blame.

My Alert for the Fairy Mini didn't work either, but a random check showed me it was in-stock (AND on sale!). I'm guessing my spam gremlin ate it, regardless I FINALLY got my hands on it.

Normally alerts work, but the last week or so they've been spotty. It's a known issue and the programmers are working on it.

The alerts have worked for me! I have found no problems. But thanks 'Petite' for the situation and 'AskEden' for the latest update!

sometimes, but most of the time I do not get emails from ef. it is hit and miss when someone leaves a comment on a review.
