Went from getting my USPS Packages the next day to a week+ late. Help?

I have been noticing that anytime I order thru USPS it takes over a week for me to get my order. If I order with UPS I get it in exactly 2 days instead of the 3 it states. I am in Atlanta, Ga btw and previously to 6 months ago I used to get my Eden orders the next day right to my door.

I have had to call my local post office 6 times since Monday because my carrier refuses to bring my packages to the door. I have also placed 8 different carrier complaints. Even after I requested it to be sent out again I still haven't gotten my order. I can't physically get to my local post office to pick it up.

Anyone else experience this? How do you handle a carrier just not bring a package at all? Also one USPS package went missing for a week....what do I do when this happens?

This has nothing to do with Eden and it is out of their hands unless you never receive the package. I am lucky enough to not have experienced some of the nightmares others have with USPS and UPS. My packages are delivered right to my front porch an sat in the rocking chair on the porch. At my cousin's house they are set right by the door. Only thing I can suggest is going to your local post office and talking to the Post Master to see what can be done. I also want to mention that I get my packages WAY before the "expected delivery date" honestly they don't have to get the package(s) to you until that date. With the holidays upon us mail is going to slow and get super crazy. I live a little under 7 hours from the warehouse and get my packages within 3 days usually even if the estimated date is over a week and half away. I hope you get this issue situated and solved I can't imagine the frustration it is causing.

I am not trying to say that it is Eden's fault so my bad if that is how it comes off. I am looking to see if any other users has experienced this as well. I am trying to find out better ways to handle it than just filing complaints on the carrier. Since I did 8 of those already I could use another option.

I have also talked to the post office manager several times this week. I am disabled so I can't physically get out to the post office to check in person. But yes It is very frustrating but I am hoping it will get better soon.
