I paid for one day shipping before knowing that my package was going to come via USPS. The slowest courier service there is.

Was there an option for FedEx or UPS that I missed?

-Nobody cares- But my package did not arrive in one day, so I'm pretty annoyed.

As far as I know, EF uses a few shipping options. I used to get stuff through DHL but I have also gotten some things through USPS. I'm not sure what the choices are for different shipping options (I just use the least expensive option) but I'm assuming different things require different shipping companies.

EdenFantasys works with different delivery services: USPS, DHL, FedEx and UPS as well. Depending on your location and the terms you select during checkout the most suitable delivery service is selected.

I'm very sorry that you didn't receive your package on time. Unfortunately, without info about your order number or tracking number I'm unable to find out what was the reason for untimely delivery. Please, contact our Customer service with this problem, and they will help you!
