I've never returned anything and was wondering if you have to use UPS or if you could use USPS?

If you use USPS, the cost is covered by you. If you use UPS, we cover the cost of the return.

The post office is more convenient for me, so I always use them, even though it means I have to spend a few dollars to cover shipping.
