I subscribed to the newsletter and it added to my cart as the price instead of free, so I took it out of my cart to try it again and now it's saying I already applied for this offer so I can't do it again. How can I fix this?

I would send in a support ticket here. Anytime you have a issue with your order, the site, etc., send in a support ticket and Customer Support will help you as soon as possible.

The important thing is to keep the item in there and check out after you're done adding more to your cart. Don't take the free item out at all.
If there's an issue, submitting a support ticket is the best way to go.

The same thing happened to me. It originally was in my cart as free, but then my browser crashed before I could check out. When I got back, it was charging me $15. I submitted a support ticket, but I'm still waiting to hear back. Hopefully it all works, because instead of a bullet like the advertised a few days ago, I got the bliss vibe they're advertising now. And I'd much prefer the bliss to a bullet.
