I signed up for the newsletter but never got my bullet. I think it wound up in my cart when I was on my phone but I never made a purchase. Now that I'm getting ready to make a purchase, I'd like to receive that as well. Help?

Yes, this same thing happened to me! I signed up, and then I think it wasn't until a few days later that I made the actual purchase, and I never noticed that it wasn't in the cart, and just started thinking about it today. I will submit a ticket as well.
