Cant get EdenFriends promo to work!

I have tried it 4 or more times. I associated my facebook and like Eden on fb. I shared the promo and then added it to my cart. When I got to the cart and hit the edenfriends promo button it said I had to be friends. I'm confused since I am. Anyone know what I did wrong or how to fix it?

Also can I get more than one of the items with the edenfriends promo? Can I use it with another promo like the love30?

You're positive the account you're trying to associate with is friends with or likes the Eden Facebook? Sorry to ask such a silly question, but I have to check. If nothing else is working, I would submit a support ticket.

Yes. I'm logged in to it now and it shows that I like it when I go to Eden's page on FB. I sent in a support ticket a little while ago. Hoping I can take advantage of this promo. Do you know if I can combine the wish30 promo code with the EdenFriends promo? I would love to place one big order.

Unfortunately, promotions/sales/deals cannot be combined in most cases. The highest discount will apply.

If you're asking can you place other items in the cart and apply the LOVE to those, then yes. The discount will not apply to the friends promo - basically, it won't take an additional percent off. If you want to get the LOVE30 you need to spend $150 NOT including the friends promo purchases. But they can all be placed in one order.

The trick to do this:
Place items for LOVE promo only in cart
Apply LOVE discount
Place friends promo items in cart
Apply friends discount
Done!

Last time I had trouble getting the Eden Friends discount to apply I had to be logged out of facebook on my computer, then EF forced me to log in to check it and it worked then.

Still no luck! Ugh I even cleared my cache and cookies. It still says I'm not a friend. I tried signing out every way you could imagine. Hoping I get it before tomorrow is over!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you too. It does appear that there's another problem with the Friends discount, but we are working to get it corrected as soon as possible.

I am having this problem also. I have tried soo many times and tried each item individually, as a group, liked and unliked then liked again cleared caches and history etc completely restarted my computer everything. I can't get it to work!

Grrr!!! I've been trying and trying... it'd telling me I have to be a fan of the EF Facebook page, but when I click there is no "fan" icon. I unlike, then look. Then like and try again.

Then when I go to my associated login page, then try the process again... I am told "Your Facebook log-in cannot be associated with your current EdenFantasys account because your Facebook log-in is already associated with another EdenFantasys account." I've only one account!!! I am so confused!!!!
