It could be as simple as having products marked as Maternity Wear. There are some different lines that do work well for pregnant women, but currently there is no way to search them out.
The other difference in some maternity wear is that the bra size is larger than that of a standard allowing for room for the swollen breasts.
Some manufacturers also allow more play in the panties or offer a lower panty line for the belly.
