Sure. Go to "Account" in the upper left corner --> "Support tickets" --> "Create new ticket" --> Select the type of question and ask away!

They said 1st week of march but...i dont see them in stock yet but technically the 1st week isnt over until this sunday.

Waaaah, I meant to save some points, but the 25% and other promos gave too much temptation. I had a lot of points saved (the birthday club is awesome, too...). I went crazy. I almost forgot I was getting a tentacle, which is just ridiculous as I've been talking about these Whipspider ones for a few years. Now that I'm thinking about it again, I'm sooo excited. Every time I hear a loud truck in front of the house, I'll be running to peek. Eden, sorry I took so much! I bought a little extra so I'd actually be paying for something.

XD i'm the EXACT same way. Even if i know its not coming that day, i still run to my window.
I managed to get it & g4 big boss in time for free next day s&h WHOO!!!
