So yesterday I had finally gotten my free gift for the newsletter subscription ordered. When I first started to use Eden, they were out of stock so I never got one. Now, I am not so new to this site and I've already made 8-9 orders with Eden with no problems. AFTER I received a confirmation email stating that my item had been approved AND shipped I never got my tracking number sent so I sent a support ticket asking them to send it to me.
Tell me why all of a sudden, they say the item is not in stock and I'll have to wait another THREE WEEKS to get it?? It supposedly was already shipped and as of yesterday, the item was in stock. How does this mistake even get made? I did pay MY OWN MONEY for the shipping so now I just have to eat it for three freaking weeks? What the hell?
I mean, I know it's free and all-but I also pay my own good money just to order items so that I can review them for this website-so I must say it's a bit frustrating. I am kind of disappointed about this.
