I want to start doing video reviews but I am so scared to do them. How did you first get over that initial fear?
When doing video review how did you get over the fear of trying it?

I really didn't have that initial fear of doing the video reviews I guess some people are just not as shy as others.

If you are scared, I would still recommend doing the video reviews but don't show your face. Most people really don't and just show their hands and talk about the product.
I know you'll do fine. There isn't any rule about you having to show your face if that is what you are worried about.

Yes I was thinking about just showing my hands and not face. I don't get it I get on cam with people every day but that is different.

Yea I know that is another reason I would like to try them out. I will just have to do a couple practice ones and see how they work out.

I just kind of went for it. I was hoping for gift cards, and it really is silly not to show my face because anybody could recognize me by my voice and tattoos and rings, but I almost feel better that way.

Not putting my face in the video helps me, along with coffee and many takes. I end up shooting my videos many times.

Confidence in yourself and your abilities are important. It's also helpful to have good sound and lighting. When you know your video is good technically, you can be sure it will be received well.

Thank you everyone for you input and the information. I will work up the nerves one of these days. Practice makes perfect, so they say.

Girl you shouldnt have a problem with being on a cam (wink) lmao. I would say like previous women said hide your face. I love doing video reviews. And when I graduate I will be doing those for the products instead of just the writing.
