Review assignment was out of stock? How do I get rid of the assignment?

Hey everyone. I tried to buy the Chiffon Babydoll as a buy-out assignment, but today I found out it was sold out. Customer service kindly changed the order, but now I can't get rid of it off of my assignment list. Is there a way to manually cancel this order? Or can EF please do it for me?

I plan to buy one last shipment of buy-out assignments before I leave for the wedding and this would get in the way of allowing me to do so.

I don't think they go off of your assignment cart. I have assignments that got cancelled or I switched that are still there, they just kind of never go away. Lol

This shouldn't affect your buy out assignment as long as it gets cancelled. If not submit another support ticket.

You can also manually cancel the order if you click account> order status, changes,returns.

Email or message JR about it, and he should be able to cancel the assignment for you so that it doesn't hold you up from doing anything else.

You are not alone. This has happened to me and other reviewers before, and it is easy to fix. You can submit a support ticket about review assignments, message JR or email JR and/or Gary to resolve the issue.

Thanks so much everybody. I just hate when you get your money together and BAM, you get that little message saying you need to complete assignments first! Thanks sooooo much, life savers!
