Hello all,
I am new to EdenFantasys and would like to know how to be a better community member. Especially after JR showed me that I was doing a couple things wrong. I have changed those, though. How do I become a great EF member?

Be polite and have fun! Comment on peoples reviews with actual comments (not just "thanks" but rather "great review! The pictures were really helpful. This seems like a really unique product, but I don't think that my partner would appreciate a closet sized dildo in our house.") Peruse the forums and have conversations, not just one word answers. Give your opinion and have meaningful discussions! And don't feel nervous to ask US questions, as well, be it about products, about sex, or for advice on your own personal problems.

One pointer is to do a quick forum search for the question you want to post and see if it's already been asked and answered. If something similar has been asked that hasn't answered your question, ask it more specifically. That way we don't have 14 forum posts asking what the difference between the Amethyst and the Bent Graduate is.

I see you already have a mentor, which is a great first step. You should be able to ask her if you have any questions about what is and is not appropriate. Points are awesome, but you shouldn't do things JUST for points (because we can tell), rather they should be a nice side effect to making friends and growing to be a part of Eden.

Welcome!

Become involved with the forums, rating reviews, writing reviews and starting conversations. A lot of the time newcomers feel like they are left out--which is not the case, it is just that there are so many on EF that we can lose track of the newer members and not give them the attention they need to feel welcome.

Ask questions if you have any-most members are willing to take the time to answer them, I know I do. But most importantly--HAVE FUN!! This is a close, friendly and kind community that will welcome those who really show they want to be a part of it.

Welcome to EF and you have done some of the most important steps to becoming a valued and cared for member, you have become aware of mistakes you made in the past and have changed them. You have also reached out to us and let us know you care--I will look for you and try to help whenever possible!!

Hello! We're so glad you decided to join us at Eden. If you have any questions about the forum, clubs and/or activities on Eden, I will be more than happy to assist. Just shoot me an email at stormy@edenfantasys.co m and I'll answer as quickly as I can.

If you have questions about reviews, you're always more than welcome to send JR an email. (He's the Review Program admin.) almon@edenfantasys.com is his email address.

The bottom line is just have a lot of fun around here and enjoy the things we have to offer. There's a lot to do and a lot to get used and you can start by reading the Expectations of Conduct and the Best Practices documents.

And to further overwhelm you (just kidding), This is your staff directory!
