so I have not been on here in quite some time, but tonight I decided to google my name to look something up. I am a recent college graduate and applying for jobs so I am search my potential employers are googling me as well. Upon looking my name up one of the first things to pop up was a post that I wrote on here. Without deleting my account as I am sure that might not even fix the fact it shows up in the search how do I make sure that anything I have posted on here does not show up in search results. Please help asap.

Did you use your real name in a post on here? There should be no way for Google to link your name and anything on EF, since only your "sign on name", in this case Secret Pleasure, is posted. I Google my name frequently to see what has been posted and I now know another friend who shops here (only posts once in a while to the Forum, however), and we both just tried to see if a Google search would link to our name and our EF posts, and they don't. Try contacting the EF administrators and seeing if they are releasing, in any manner, peoples real names. If so, that would be of professional concern to a lot of people here, who were posting with a real expectation of personal privacy and anonymity. Good luck with this issue and please keep us all informed.
