Its taken my last few orders longer to ship. Right now its been almost two days and it hasn't shipped yet and that's normal for EdenFantasys. I'm NOT complaining but am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. I don't believe Eden's 20% discount promotion that's going on now has anything to do with it.

I know last week or the week before it was because they were down one person in shipping all that week. Perhaps that's the reason now too

Eden's also recently been having problems with the tracking numbers. See this thread. I don't know if this is still ongoing, but mine managed to ship on time despite the number being lost.

Thanks for the replies and for the link to the other topic! If my order hasn't shipped by tomorrow morning, I'll contact customer service so they can look into it. Perhaps it has already shipped.
Edited to say: I contacted customer service and was told that my package did indeed ship yesterday and that there was a problem with tracking numbers. She gave me the UPS tracking number too. If not for this forum, I'd have never know that, so thanks.

I was going to mention that is seems like when there is free shipping for orders $35 and over, the orders are slower to process. I figure this is because more orders are being placed purely because of free shipping.

I know that I'm kind of pulling this from the dead, but I just wanted to say that I realize sometimes things are slow, but I never even got an e-mail confirmation for my order nor did I get an e-mail notification that my order even shipped and when I checked today it apparently shipped yesterday. Already checked my junk mail box and it wasn't in there, either.

If it is, is it possible that you made a typo when you put in your email address at Checkout? I know that I've nearly misspelled mine when it wasn't verified, and I think that that might have caused the same problem. I mean, I am hypothesizing about everything, but could either (or both) of those possibly been the problem?

Canadians get shafted! Haha. We get no free shipping what so ever no matter the amount of order! Shipping wise. It takes forever to get an order. Usually like 2 weeks for me.

Well I've cancelled my order and resubmitted... 3 times!! Now each time I resubmit it, two of the lingerie items that I add in a M show as M for each step of the ordering process until I pay, then they change to size S!!! (And yes, I've submitted a support ticket)
