My order didn’t go through, though I paid?

I have placed an order a couple days ago and signed up with amazon just to collect points, I come back today to check shipping and the orders tab says I have not placed and orders, though I have paid, any help is appreciated

I would do a support ticket to see what's going on. Hope you can get everything figured out!
