Poland - is there a chance of getting something shipped here?

My country isn't even in the menu where you pick the address. Our neighbors like Lithuania are there. A couple of months ago I asked via support ticket but I only got the cryptic "we'll look into it". I'm also a bit scared by the possible shipping costs - can anyone from Central Europe share their experience?

I'm from Russia and they deliver here without any problem. Interestingly, there is no Russia on the list of countries on the menu which you use when you create a support ticket about an order. On the other lists of countries, however, there is Russia.
Maybe some of their lists of countries are incomplete by mistake? After all, they send international packages with USPS (at least they did with my orders) and USPS definitely delivers to Poland, doesn't it? It would be weird to deliberately exclude Poland for some reason.

As for the shipping costs, I believe that they are the same for all international orders: $25 for the first item and +$1.5 for every additional item.

Sometimes it takes them a little bit to get back to you, don't be discouraged!

Thanks. USPS ships to Poland.
I think Eden didn't have any customers from my country beforehand so they didn't have an opportunity to put it on the list. There are 195 countries in the world - adding every single one of them would crowd the list. Russia is big and populous enough that I suppose it was added from the start.
My lovely mentor doesn't live in the US too and she told me about the shipping costs and how to manage them.

Have you tried submitting a support ticket and asking? You're probably right about crowding the list, but maybe they'd add it in if they knew there was a demand for it! Also, not every site writes their own country list, they may have just got it off the internet and it was missing Poland for some reason.
