USPS Not Updating In Over A Week? Normal?

Hey all

I was just wondering if this was normal for USPS... I live in Australia and placed an order with Eden. Eden was great and had it out the next day. However, USPS is another story... here's the tracking below:

Hey there, you'll need to contact USPS to find out what's going on; once the package leaves Eden it becomes the responsibility of the carrier (by law).

USPS is really bad about updating tracking, especially around the holidays. You can call them about it, but they tend to be useless.

My last package to Canada was really late a few weeks ago. Almost double the time it usually takes, I assume it's just because of black friday and holiday craziness

AGree...even domestic orders don't get updated til 4 or more hours after delivery.

I've had packages never even say they left the originating city but still make it to my door, so I say wait until it's past the expected time of delivery.

I agree that you should wait. It's the week before Christmas, so the post office is SWAMPED with mail and packages, and of course everyone needs it delivered by the 24th OR ELSE!
