I have no idea what you are talking about. I'm sorry. Maybe it's because I'm in USA, so the checkout is different? What "prize," though? You mean the free cock ring with order over so much? Or did you win something? I've tried adding a discount code before & had it not work because I had too many sale items in my cart or I've tried getting the free gift with purchase, but it wouldn't work because I needed to spend a little more.
Nevermind. I understand now. I think. What did you win it from? One of the contests? You should get in touch with the person who hosted it, I'd think. Go back to where the contest was mentioned on the forum & see who's name is beside the post and message them. I don't know who is over this area... Rayne? Jenn? You can always submit a support ticket too.
So what's happening is you're having to pay shipping on your free prize? I don't think EF can do much about it, especially if you're in the UK, but don't mark my word. I do not know for sure. I'm in US and haven't ever won something so I could be wrong. I know the Canadian EF users and others not in the US have to pay a lot extra for shipping even for their assignments, so there may be no way around it. But your free prize is $200 worth of stuff? I'd probably just pay that shipping!

Hi, thanks for your reply. I'll try to make my question a little clearer, sorry.
I just found out I won a Stronic Eins in an Eden Cafe giveaway.
Whenever I have ordered something from EdenFantasys in the past, if my order amounts to more than $24 I have had to pay customs duty and handling fees since I am in the UK (this is completely separate from the delivery costs when I'm placing my order).
If my order comes below $24 then it gets delivered without the HMCE seizing it and charging me customs, but the Stronic Eins is worth $200.
Since I'm not paying anything for it - it's a prize - I'm wondering how this will be listed on the customs declaration form, since the amount you are charged depends on the value of the goods.
